It has resulted in well-managed processes, procedures, and reimbursement of fees for our client.
International Nonprofit Organizations: Working with these organizations has been very rewarding. They are forward-thinking, enthusiastic, and passionate about their work. We have assisted them in writing employee handbooks, standards operating procedures, and department manuals. As their organizations grow, they need the documentation to create consistency. The goals were to provide "how-to" guides that team members can use as a reference, develop a series of checklists, maintain consistency within the organization as they grow.

We have successfully written operations manuals, departmental manuals, including New Customer Onboarding Manual, Customer Support Training Manual, Sales Training Manual, Marketing Manual, Development Manual, New Employee Orientation, and Onboarding Manual.
Transportation Company: Due to employee turnover issues, the company needed daily operations and procedures manuals. Our assessment concluded that the employees were frustrated and confused about their duties & responsibilities. The lack of direction resulted in employees quitting or being terminated for poor performance. Creating the manuals helped to develop the effectiveness of management, reduced turnover, and improved employee morale.
Startup: A startup needed a Policy and Procedure Manual. This small company (5-10 employees) could not afford to hire and maintain a Human Resource Department. Our challenge was to author a manual before doors opened for this new business venture. Working closely with the owner, we created a manual that clearly explained workplace policies and procedures.
